Compared with hand-writing notes or paper-based handouts, the majority of contents in the SMART handout is searchable, which provides convenience of checking and reviewing.
M: Multimedia materials
SMART handout contains multimedia materials (text, figures, formulas, etc) to facilitate understanding.
A: Atomistic notes
SMART handout keeps key concepts in an atomistic way. Each concept is explained in a separate, independent and self-explanatory page.
R: Relationship between notes
SMART handout uses hyperlinks to link atomic concepts together, The major propose is to let students to review relevant concepts frequently and immediately, in order to strengthen understanding and memory.

SMART handout contains materials not only from the course itself, but also the linkage with fundamental math and economic theories for better understanding.
